The VRX wireless smart sport headphones are a patented and completely unique device for the sport's world. The Workout Store holds hundreds of fantastic, professionally constructed training sessions in many categories - beginner to elite. Weight training, circuit training, running fartlek sessions, 5k, 10k, half marathon programmes, swim sessions, bike interval sessions, "bums and tums" workouts, jump rope, triathlon brick sessions, even walking sessions. 3. A new option is the "Real Coach Training Apps" which can also be uploaded. These are the voice and workouts from real, world class personal trainers, coaches and athletes. This gives the user a "one to one" experience with a top trainer, as well as still being able to listen to their own music. Importantly, all messages kick in at specifically designated times before smoothly returning the user to their own music. The VRX also holds multiple workouts.
